M & O Division (Marketing & Operations) is seeking a Business Planning Manager H / F Its main role will be to understand, adapt and implement the process of measuring performance and to assist the various marketing teams in monitoring their investments and to the extent the performance of their campaigns.
Referring to Director of Business Planning and Operations, he / she will work closely with the teams and marketing managers of the subsidiary as well as financial managers. He / she will (e) the implementation of marketing planning and monitoring operations at a time, budgets and performance of different marketing investments in terms of business objectives.
This person will play a key role in the deployment and adoption of investment monitoring platform that accompany the four phases of the marketing campaign management: Planning, Execution, Management Responses, Reporting.
Main activities
Analysis and measurement of the performance of marketing activities (40%)
Deploy and develop the use of tools and processes for measuring and understanding of marketing performance (Return On Marketing Investment (ROMI)) with the marketing teams, ensuring communication of these results particularly in the context of the Executive Marketing Council
- Follow up on the scorecard metrics marketing - role of consulting with officials from metric
- Define the overall pattern of performance measurement in collaboration with the director of communications.
- To ensure a standardized approach (taxonomy and processes) of performance measurement and return on investment in all marketing groups
- Ensure effective measure ROI of marketing campaigns: to develop reporting and analysis to support decisions of the various marketers
- Ensure the preparation of quarterly marketing journals: allocation of investments by marketing objectives, priorities for business (initiatives, the scorecard metrics, competitive focus ...), analysis of campaign performance by segment, audience, activities ...
- Contribute to achieving the objectives of the marketing scorecard

Management tools and processes of marketing campaigns (20%)
- Ensure compliance of local processes with global guidelines: Develop monitoring tools to ensure consistency and identify corrective action plans
- Training: provide knowledge of processes and tools by the people marketing
- Develop a culture of marketing performance measurement
- Representing France in the reflection and the development of tools to measure ROI.
Monitoring of planning and marketing expenses (30%)
- Planning of the marketing budget: distribution and allocation of budgets in the tools in accordance with the marketing plan.
- Ensure compliance with the budget rate: financial forecasts, fences, budgetary decisions in relation to the BPO, marketers and finance.
- To develop all the reports and tools for decision support for marketing council
Metric impacted: Quarterly Forecast Accuracy (Respect the forecast marketing expenses)
Communication activities Business Planning and Operations (10%)
